Raymond has worked in the online and offline business and tourism consultancy field for the last 17 years. A co-founder and senior director at both Kings Circle and its sister organisation Carnevale Network Ltd, Raymond
spent over a decade as a performance/business coach and consultant. In this role, he has helped hundreds of start-up companies and established businesses to maximise their potential.
Raymond has a
wealth of experience identifying and developing sustainable solutions for clients. He specialises in overcoming the challenges faced by many Caribbean destinations, from the creation and identity of tourism brands to
operational efficiencies and the development of new revenue streams. He is a renowned marketing strategist and brand communications and behavioural economics specialist, with skills in graphic design and digital technology
development and implementation.
Femi is a business and marketing consultant and strategist. He is an advisor and coach in the strategic and operational aspects of business, marketing, change, selling and client relationship management. He has over ten
years of experience working in multi-disciplinary projects, adding value in both the physical and digital environments.
As a psychology and behavioural science enthusiast, Femi is an analytical and conceptual thinker. This enables him to effectively partner with businesses to assess opportunities, facilitate strategic decisions,
and drive successful business implementations. As a marketing expert and influencer, Femi specialises in creating video and written content for destinations, zeroing in on their optimal audience demographics.
Garvey Campbell has six years of experience in Caribbean tourism, specialising in branding and marketing. Originally from Trinidad, Garvey has spent 18 years in the highly dynamic Caribbean culture and festivals sector.
As an active team/client manager, he is a strong advocate of integrated long-term strategies for promoting the Caribbean as a destination.
Garvey combines his knowledge of the Caribbean and
Latin American regions with an array of professional experience, achieving positive change. He is Kings Circle’ digital marketing and communications expert, with extensive experience in destination branding, tourism
strategies and Caribbean culture.
